COGZIFEST- 2K19 is a contest for rehabilitation professionals and students to showcase their talents and also to develop their knowledge and creative potential. It was jointly organized by Rehabmedo and Saveetha College of Occupational Therapy, SIMATS at Saveetha Medical College on 26th April 2019. It has 2 major domains: The Best video Tutorial and The Best Rehab Article.
Prof.Dr.Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Vice-Chancellor, SIMATS, was the special guest at the event. The final winners were selected by the panel of judges and first 3 winners for each domain were awarded cash prizes by the special guest on the day of Grand Finale. Dr.T.Jagadeesan, Principal, Saveetha College of Physiotherapy, Dr.M.Arun Kumar, Principal, Saveetha College of Occupational Therapy, Mr.G.Ravishankar, CEO– Rehabmedo, were the other delegates present at the event.
This contest led to great encouragement for the professionals and students in determining their ability to present a tutorial on rehabilitation.
